Shame to Resilience and The Addicted Mind LLC provide high-quality psycho-educational materials and professional coaching services — coaching is forward-focused support for growth, accountability, and change; it is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. Licensed clinicians on our team are not acting in a clinical capacity here, and no therapist-client relationship is created. If you need clinical care, contact a licensed provider in your area. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
